The Hen Vey Family – Fully Pledged
Our Story
Hen Vey was employed by RAW mid 2016 as a part of our Khmer projects build team, and it was only after that we discovered his story. He lives with his wife and six children in their small house in Ta Skor village. The couple owe over $4,500 USD to a mammoth twelve lenders and cannot afford repayments- putting them in an extremely unstable situation! They struggle to support their family and cannot afford to send all of their children to school, instead, the eldest son is forced to work.
Mr Vey is now hopeful for his family’s future with his stable income with RAW- an absolute gamechanger for the family. He looks forward to being debt free and living in a secure home where he can support his family and send his kids to school.
