What did you do before working with RAW? Worked as a site engineer.
What does your job involve? I am the Site Foreman. I help to train and lead the Khmer building crew.
What is your favourite part of your job? I like working with other people.
How has your life changed since working with RAW? The place where I worked before wasn’t very nice to me. Working at RAW I feel constant support and not lots of pressure. I learn that it is okay to make mistakes.
