How long have you worked with RAW? Since January 2019
What did you do before working with RAW? Before being part of RAW, I was an English teacher at Western International School, Siem Reap Branch.
What does your job involve? The majority of my current job is focused on a teacher development program. I am working directly with Sonya, Head of Educate, to assist schools and teachers in academic programs.
What is your favourite part of your job? My favorite part of my job is the opportunity to communicate with different people, not just in Cambodia. We can always learn something new from each other.
How has working with RAW changed your life? RAW is a place where I could scale up from an ordinary teacher to be a teacher trainer and help teachers, especially in rural areas throughout Cambodia. In addition, the salary I get from RAW is used to support my own higher education which will help in my career.
