Our Story
Rin Chanthou and his wife Lon Phorn want nothing more than a place to live where they can garden and cease to be harassed by debt collectors – a simple yet life-changing dream! They borrowed only $575 USD, and are now struggling with repayments to the three different lenders they owe to. Their total debt now sits at $425 USD. They are concerned they will have to move again, since they do not own their land, and borrow even more money to restart their lives. These are concerns nobody should possess, and debt repayment is so important for this family. They would really like to save to support their adult children who are both unemployed.
