The Thea Family
Our Story
Chul Thea and his wife Thorn Chamrern worry about their debt of $1,500 USD used to pay off other debts, buy a motor and to pay Thorn Chamrern’s husband’s hospital bills. They hope to one day make enough money to eventually send all seven of their children to SALT school. Only three of them are currently studying at a government school, and it’s crucial for all seven to receive an education- something with which Every Piece Matters will help!
They live in a mixed family, with the Drum family and Thorn Chamrern’s mother. The couple would love to live near the market and have a stall of their own, selling coffee and bread, as well as raising chickens as a source of income.
