Our Story
Thorn Chantha, his wife Chamtoun Srey Mean and their three children have lived in the same home by the lake for the past eight years. The couple worry about the structural integrity of their home each time the wet season passes, as stormy flooding and landslides present a large threat to not only their home but the family’s stability and security. Dad’s work is very inconsistent and he has thus been forced to borrow $2,000 USD to support his family’s basic needs, as well as paying medical bills for his high blood pressure. He hopes to one day have no debts and a stable home for his family to flourish in!
